My Success Story

This
is my 3rd challenge. 100 days challenge always helps me to get me
back on track. No wine, no candies... instead, I get real treats
for my body by doing things that good to my body. I feel that my
body is much happier with the proper treatments.
Simplicity
is the key to success. Focusing on achieving the goal requires a
lot of energy both physically and mentally. In order to optimize
my energy level, it's crucial to balance " nutrition, exercise,
hydration and hygiene". The check list in the log book helped
me to keep me going for 100 days.
My
daily dose of fitness made simpler with Master Moves. As a fitness
trainer, I exercise through out the day, so I have to keep my exercise
short and hard. Master Moves routine is ideal. I can finish warm-up,
strength training, cardio stretching just in 15-20 min. With Master
Moves, I have gained strong, flexible and toned muscles and I feel
much more energized.
The
most challenging part was self-control. Life is about dealing effectively
and creatively with difficult choices. Sometimes we have to take
difficult choice to become better. Now I know the meaning of self-management-the
methods, skills, and strategies by which we can effectively direct
our own activities toward the achievement of our goals. It's worth
it and definitely rewarding. To my family, friends, clients and
customers, thank you for your support!!! Now it's my turn to help
you achieve your goals.
