and transformational experience. To this end, The Core Challenge

people. The Core Challenge is designed to help you understand
the importance of Best Practices in the development of your
intuition and the maintenance of your physical and mental
fitness.
During
The Core Challenge, participants are empowered to learn Best
Practices day by day, thereby enabling them to master 100
Best Practices in 100 days. The key to incorporating the holistic
benefits of Best Practices is to implement them in a consistent,
systematic and integrated way. We developed The Core Challenge
expressly for this purpose.
If

Because
feeling good is a top priority for a successful individual.
