help you tone your body, improve your posture and body endurance.

to enjoy your salsa dancing immediately.
About Our Classes
Our
classes educate and empower students. Through lecture and
demonstration, Core Training instructors actively engage students
with informative and interactive Core Training to develop
self-reliance skills and fitness practices. In addition to
teaching the basic Core Training exercises, instructors adapt
the curriculum to the special needs of the students.
Core
Training manuals and videos are available to our students
to facilitate training and learning of Core Training Best
Practices.
