When
exercise originates from the core, pressure changes
occur in the core muscles that assist the heart and
extremity muscles to circulate blood and lymphatic fluids

is realigned. Your internal organs are massaged and

To
successfully train your core muscles, they should be
loaded with resistance and challenged in a variety of
ways, which include relaxation, balance, flexibility,
and the integration of circular movements (spinal rotation).

Perfect Push-ups
The
key to Master Moves is core training to strengthen your

Traditionally
training such sit-ups or "crunches" have been
the primary method used for flattening the stomach region.
The fad for sit-ups or crunches grew out of army training
which was presumed to be correct.
The
reality, however, is that rep after rep of sit-ups is
not only boring, but also ineffective, as well as abusive
and dangerous to the body. Nothing good comes from these
types of exercises.
Linear,
repetitive, and strenuous moves such as sit-ups, limit
muscular range of motion and flexibility. Sit-ups restrict,
tighten and stiffen the back and anterior stomach muscles
which, in turn, weaken and limit body movement.
