The Core Challenge 2010 Brings Reality
TV Fitness Results to Real Life
Vancouver.
BC June 6, 2011 - Innovation, dedication and commitment
have proved to be a winning formula for Chiho Harrison
from Chilliwack, who won the $10,000 prize for The
Core Challenge 2010. After more than 15,000 people voted
online for the 5 Finalists the 40 years young dedicated
mother was declared the winner with more than 3500 votes!
Judges
of the 5 Finalists considered a number of factors including
before/after pictures, success stories, dedication to
Fitness Best Practices and discipline for following
the program for 100 days.
Creator of Master Moves and organizer of The Core Challenge,
Oswaldo Koch said: "Chiho is a deserving winner
of The Core Challenge. Chiho has built up an excellent
fitness level and in the process has helped hundreds
of people to learn the practice of the Master Moves
Core Training system.
Chiho
commented: "I did it! It's so rewarding!!!! It
means so much to win this award against so many good
competitors. I look forward to continuing to make a
difference for my family, friends and every person willing
to live life in optimal health and fitness." The
Core Challenge is designed to help people achieve optimal
fitness at any age and Chiho definitely leads by example.
She is a 40 years young mother who moved to Vancouver
from Japan in March 2002. This accomplishment established
her as a wonderful role model for everyone, demonstrating
age is only a number!
All
contestants receive a one year membership to our online
Personal Coach Program, the book 100 Best Practices
of Highly Success People, the My Success Log tracking
manual and training tools. The Core Challenge requires
a 100 day commitment to learn and adopt 100 Best Practices.
Although there will be one person who will win $10,000,
the emphasis will be on creating as many 'Be The Best
You Can Be' winners as possible. Contestants will be
judged by their "before and after" pictures,
kindness campaign, tracking manual and short essays.
Sponsorship
in this event is open to any business with interest
in helping people safely lose weight, get healthier
and fit for life. The Core Challenge is available and
customizable for companies looking to improve the health
and productivity of their employees.
